I've read some articles and seen comments where it is reported that Indians/Asians + certain minorities have a lower acceptance rate into MBA programs. What bucket would I fall under being Indian but American citizen?

Do they base it off of country or ethnic background?

is your undergrad / current work experience in the US?

Everything from Kindergarten onwards has been in the US

Then I wouldn't worry about the "Indian Male in IT" category, you wouldn't be in that.
