Hey guys! I am an international graduate from Missouri State University. I moved to the USA based on an academic scholarship and now I am looking to get into a top 20 school.
GMAT : 730
Undergraduate field : Marketing Management
GPA : 3.44
Lived in and received college-level instruction relating to International Business courses in 3 different continents (Europe, Asia, USA).
Several leaderships position held at university level.
Bilingual
Work experience (here is my biggest problem) : 2 years in college (full-time over the summer, part time within semesters) - Promoted from a Janitor, to the front desk to being a Building Manager in a very short period of time. Youngest ever employee for Etihad Airways (17 years old). Currently with American Airlines. However my postgraduate full-time work experience will only reach 1 year in September 2016.
Any sort of help or advice is well appreciated!!
Side Question: I understand a lot of top 20 business school offer good funding options for International students who have been accepted into their programs. However would anyone know of universities that offer International funding (Direct loans/grants etc) to internationals, and are not as difficult to get into?

Thanks for sharing your profile. You're going to need some more work experience for the vast majority of schools in the top 20. Your stats are strong on paper but your work experience and frankly your ability to write meaningful essays will hinder your chances here. I would recommend securing at least a couple of years of work experience then applying then
