\(=(\frac{1}{x+y+z})(\frac{xy+yz+zx}{xyz})(\frac{1}{xy+yz+zx})(\frac{x+y+z}{xyz})\)

\(=(\frac{1}{xyz})^2\)

Therefore, D is the answer.

just take x,y an z as 1,1 an 1 respectively.
it will be 1/9 in end
put numbers in answers and check which is coming as 1/9
