Statement 1 doesn’t tell us the relationship btw PQ and AB
Statement 2 given valuable information about // lines, but angle rbp cannot help us find prb without additional information
Combining 1&2 yield us opb=22, // lines alternate angles, join o to p, since op=ob, angle opb is also 22, with this we can find angle POB, which further equal to twice of PRB

(1) ∠BPQ = 22° and O is the centre of the circle
∠BPQ = 22°;
NOT SUFFICIENT
(2) ∠RBP = 54° and chord PQ is parallel to AB
∠RBP = 54°

(1) ∠BPQ = 22° and O is the centre of the circle
(2) ∠RBP = 54° and chord PQ is parallel to AB
SINCE AB||PQ
∠BPQ = ∠OBP = 22°
SINCE OB = OP
∠OBP = ∠OPB = 22°
∠POB =180° - 2* 22° = 136°
Since chord PB extends 136° at the centre, it will extend 136°/2 = 68° at the circumference
∠PRB = 68°
SUFFICIENT
IMO C
