What just happened? 410 on CAT [#permalink]

So I've taken three CAT exams in total. The last two were taken about 2 and 4 weeks ago, and since then I've been studying different strategy guides. With roughly 4 weeks worth of studying (about 2h a day) I decided to see if my test score had improved, but to my surpirse I scored 410, in contrast to the 580 and 600 in the two previous tests.
Have anyone experienced a similar drop after studying any form of strategy/gmat prep material? Feeling pretty bad right now...

Important question: Were all three practices tests official GMATPrep practice tests, or were they a mix of 3rd-party tests?

Cheers,

I should have noted that I use the MGMAT Prep study guides and the online resources that come with them. So, the three practice tests were all from "MGMAT CAT Exams & Diagnostics", which to my knowledge is close enough to an official practice test.

I'd take an official practice test if I were you. They provide the most accurate assessment of your present abilities.

Did you run into timing difficulty (i.e. did you leave questions unanswered at the end of each section)? If so, could be the reason why your score dropped by so many points.
