what schools should I apply to?

personally I would like to go to the top MBA programs, but I'm not sure what schools are likely to accept me.
I will graduate with an Electrical Engineering degree from RIT in May so I don't have much work experience. However, I do have 1.5 year of co-op/intern work experience. 6 months EE co-op, 6 months w/ business consultant, 3 months as process engineer intern in semiconductor factory, and another 3 months as professor assistant.
My gpa is about 3.0, but I retook many classes (got some Fs and Ds which were replaced by As/Bs). I heard that only 60% of my classmates ended up graduating with my degree. I'm not sure what to do about this, because it seems people who attended other school usually get ridiculously high GPAs.
My GMAT score seems to be ok: around 700 first time on the kaplan practice test.
Do I have a chance of getting into any of the top MBA programs?
I'm a bit worried, because my dad is rushing me to get a Master degree as soon as possible.
My dream school is Kellog, but that's probably impossible to get in.
