Work experience:
If I apply this fall, 3 years software engineering experience at "hot" ERP tech company. I'll also have received 3 promotions, and potentially a move to a more prestigious role by the time of application
GMAT Score: 740
Undergrad GPA: 3.2
Extra curricular:
This is what worries me. I wasn't exactly an activated member of society before the 2016 election. I volunteered for Hillary for America last August and have continued to volunteer of the group, which now is focused on community outreach. Next month I start a mentorship with SPARK. I've also tried to volunteer with Code2040 and BlackGirlsCode, but they're pretty swamped with volunteers. I also teach programming part time at General Assembly. I'm worried that it's going to appear I was just fluffing my application up, versus actually now caring about things.
Undergrad school/major: Computer Science, UC Davis
Other education/coursework: Should I? I've been thinking about retaking probability & statistics. I got a C in the one course I took, but it was all theory based with an awful professor and most people got Cs and Ds
Race/nationality: White, USA.
Sex: Male

Well you're a relatively young applicant, so you can lean on your undergrad ECs if you have those. I would continue engage where you can and really focus on opportunities where you can make and impact and show some leadership. Your GPA is low so if you have the time it might be worth it to take those classes. I think you have a great GMAT and strong work experience so you are certainly in play at top programs
