The answer is B.
4^100 = 2^ 200. Thus, it is less than option A. So discarded.
Similarly, 9^60 = 3^ 120. It is less than 3^200. So discarded.
We can write option B as 3^200 = 9^100 and option A as 2^300 =8^100. On comparing we find option B to be the largest.

Let's simplify the options to eliminate a few
A. \((2^3)^{100} = 8^{100}\)
B. \((3^2)^{100}= 9^{100}\)
C. \(2^{100} + 3^{100}≈ 3^{100} + 3^{100} ≈ 2*3^{100}\)
D. \(4^{100}\)
E. \(9^{60}\)
Now, the comparison is clear and
Option B is the winner
Answer: Option B
