Hello Experts,

I have got admitted in DeGroote McMaster University Canada and Macquarie university Australia for the Full-Time MBA program. Can someone please help choose the better of the 2 in terms of which one is a better MBA course and future career prospects post-MBA.
I got a call from Macquarie University for the MBA program, but no where in the email Macquarie Graduate School of Management was mentioned. Just want to make sure that the admission offer is indeed from MGSM, since the Macquarie University is associated to MGSM.

Can someone please revert ASAP. Thanks.

Congratulations on having to choose between schools! Definitely a great position! A question - what do you want to do? Where do you want to wind up?

Thanks Bhavik. I want to get into a consulting firm post-MBA. I wanted to pursue a general MBA program, which Macquarie does not seem to have, but which DeGroote has. However, I would prefer Australia location-wise. The job rate at Macquarie is 89% as per their stats and for DeGroote it is 78% (within 3 months of graduation) and I am more concerned about landing up a job post-MBA. So what do you think?

You have to deconstruct the career numbers. So look into management consulting rates. But qualitative things matter to - if you want to wind up in Australia...well, going to school there will help! It seems...and correct me if I'm wrong...that you're looking for confirmation that heading to Australia is the better idea? And based on that alone, I'd say go with your gut. If you're leaning one way, trust yourself!
