You have to deconstruct the career numbers. So look into management consulting rates. But qualitative things matter to - if you want to wind up in Australia...well, going to school there will help! It seems...and correct me if I'm wrong...that you're looking for confirmation that heading to Australia is the better idea? And based on that alone, I'd say go with your gut. If you're leaning one way, trust yourself!
