Hello rjetha,
Why MBA and why Now should be addressed in a very logical manner.
X+Y = Z
X - list of all skillsets you currently posess
Z - list of all skillsets you need to succeed in your post MBA career role
Y = Z - X ; skillsets that are missing in your arsenal that you believe the MBA program would help you bridge.
To address the Why NOW, you can potentially mention a *recent trigger* in your life (ex. decision to pursue entrepreneurship/ get into Product Management from hard core developement etc.) that has prompted you to upskill yourself and in this pursuit MBA is logical next step.
