I mean " doing share business in stock exchange or brokerage house"

Monir,
If it was full-time work experience, I don't see why not. MBA candidates come from a variety of backgrounds, and develop a multitude of skills along the way. If positioned well, your share business experience, or "trading on the stock market floor" as they say in the US, could be used well to show multiple soft and quantitative skills that would be useful for an application to business school.
