Thanks for sharing your profile. Great that you have the foresight to plan your MBA at this stage in your life.
One suggestion is to prepare for the GMAT, as early as possible (scores are valid for 5 years). In general, you would have more available time when you are younger, less responsibilities at work, and with family. Most test-takers would also be sharper at your age than when they are older.
Active community involved would also help, showing leadership qualities for a cause that you are passionate about would help your profile and personal development, at the same time.
Career-wise, it would be great if one step builds upon the previous one, and brings you closer towards your MBA, and the longer term career goals. This is not limited to job responsibilities, but in terms of skills and personal development, as well.
