The XLRI ExPGDM (formerly GMP) is an interesting option for professionals who already have a few years of work experience and are looking to accelerate their career growth. What I like about the program is that it combines XLRI’s strong brand and alumni network with a curriculum designed for experienced candidates rather than fresh graduates.
I’m curious to know more about the Class of 2025 profile. Does anyone have insights on the average work experience, industry mix, and post-program career outcomes? It would be great to hear from current students or recent alumni about their experience with placements, international exposure, and overall ROI.
So the batch is having 40% female and 60% male candidates. with workex average of 4 years since the changes happened in 2025 with this program when the min workex reduced to 3years. The profiles of students are also strong since then mostly with 9 9 8 or 9 9 9. This is a general management course and is very rigorous. The content is same as what professors teach to the 2 year program.
Why I am saying all this... I am the current student of this batch. If anyone needs any help can contact me. Would be happy to help.
