Strengths:

The amount of resources mbaMission has is second to none. I often utilized the school profile guides, the admissions guides, and the career guides. By utilizing these guides and doing your own research, it allows you to have better streamlined questions for when you're going back and forth with your consultant.

Would make the product better:

I know this is the nature of each consultant having multiple clients at once, but a quicker response rate would be nice at times. I know a few friends who used other consulting services where they were on a texting basis with their consultant. I think a feature like that would be great for quick one-off questions.

The MBA application process is an inherently stressful process, let alone when you get started pretty late as I did. As per the title of my review, Michael wasted no time providing me strict but very much needed direction on how to hit my target amount of school applications. What I appreciated most about Michael is that he was never afraid to give it to you straight, even if it wasn't what you wanted to hear at that time. The advice was sound too. He helped keep me on track from a timing perspective and was always there to give me the extra kick in the butt that was needed to get my materials together. Had it not been for him, I certainly would not have been able to get applications into 5 schools. He helped me get my short and long-term goals aligned and how business school could get me there. As most know, the overall flow of your story is very important in the application process and Michael's detail oriented reviews were integral in helping me identify key aspects of my life and personality to help it all become more cohesive. Through his help, I was admitted to 3 of the 5 schools I applied to with scholarship (Tuck, Darden, and Ross). Cannot thank Michael enough for the guidance he provided.
