I had initially scored 640 in GMAT after utilizing several top books in the field. Did well in their mock tests too. However on D-day i experienced that the tests are of a totally different league. am not talking about difficulty, but my mind was already set on a different tone. After reading some reviews of Experts global online i bough the complete package online. The way the course work is set out is really amazing and i am sure you would find this the best way to study. The 15 mock tests are perfect and i can vouch for it since its almost exactly like the real one once you have done it. I scored 700 on my next attempt after preparing on experts global for 2 months.
Detailed video solutions to problems help form a strategy.
The website was easy to use and there is a LOT of material to cover and work through questions. I really liked how the practice tests were fully explained with videos on the approach.
Expert's global definitely helped me get the score I did on the GMAT. I showed a 60 point improvement from my first attempt of the offical GMAT exam. They helped me with the concepts as well as underatanding the way the exam works. It was one of the best investments I've made, and would recommend the Expert's global to everybody.
Experts' Global has played a crucial role in both my GMAT Preparation and my MBA application.
GMAT Study Material:
After trying almost all the different GMAT study sources, I can confidently say that the Experts' Global GMAT study material is a complete package, and I would not recommend using any other content. The study plan is very comprehensive, and their tests are standard and have the same toughness level as of the real GMAT Exam.
For me, the package contains three levels of learning from beginner to advance, and the course is divided into short videos, which take out the factor of boredom. Also, the biggest plus is the 15 mock tests included in the package and tons of short tests after each lesson.
MBA Application:
I evaluated many online consultants before going with Experts’ Global. I assessed all consultants in terms of value for money, the number of reviews, help with interviews, scholarship guarantee, and found Experts’ Global to be the best, among others.
I took the 5-School package, and after completing the application, I got interview calls from all the schools and final admits from 3 schools with decent scholarships. So, based on the result, you can judge how excellent their consulting service is.
I received end-to-end support in my essays, recommendations, and mock interviews. I liked their concept of dividing the whole MBA application process into different milestones. They are always an email/phone call away in case of any help.
The team also conducted several rounds of mock interview sessions. With each session, I realized my response and interview etiquette were improving.
I would conclude by saying that the team is as passionate as you are to help you secure your dream admit.
If you have lost touch with basics of quants and verbal and dont want to sit through entire books to refresh just the basic concepts then the GMAT shots of experts global is the best tool that one could utilise. The short videos are just the right length, crisp, clear and accomplish their task. One should definitely go through all these before attempting their first mock test. The gmat shots are free and can be utilised at one's convenience.
The other important tool that one gets is the mock test series. The cost of 15 mock tests is definitely the lowest in the market and in no way do they compromise on quality. The questions and difficulty level of these mocks properly represent an actual exam.
I subscribed to Expert's Global 5 weeks crash course in 2019 and it was overall a good experience. The good thing about the course is that the entire course is divided into concise modules, which enabled me to improve my accuracy and speed. For every section expert's tool provide detailed explanation along with video of every part. Verbal part especially Sentence correction and critical reasoning is good. But I was disappointed with their mock tests as they are not adaptive and it is really difficult to score high because the tests are set on a slightly higher difficulty level. In-fact my highest mock score was around 670 yet I managed to score 710 on the real GMAT. Lastly I was not satisfied with the quant module, as the level of question is not very challenging. Over all I believe it is a good prep course if you aim to score in the low 700s but if you are aiming for a 740+ score than it won't help you much.
For my repeat attempt, I was in no mood to invest too much in materials, test series as I had already tried most of them.
This time around my strategy was to practice as much as I can and build in stamina for GMAT which I think I lacked during my previous attempt.
After a lot of research, I came across the Expert Global Test Series. They give 15 full high-quality tests with video explanations for every question. Detailed analytics of your weak areas to work on and all that at a very very affordable Nothing could be better.
I could improve my score by more than 60 points and a large part of it because of Expert Global. Kudos and all the best!!!!
During my initial days of my GMAT preparation, there was a lot of confusion in my mind regarding the nature of the exam, the online format, study material and so on. Although there was a lot of material/courses available on various websites, I still wasn't able to gain the confidence to give the exam. Fortunately, I cam across Experts' Global's test series which helped me gauge the true scale of the GMAT exam. initially, my score barely crossed the 600 mark. By the fifth test, I was clear what my strengths and weakness were. I understood that 45 in NOT a good score in Quant but it is a very good score in Verbal. By the end of the test series, I was comfortable getting 680-690. The test series was instrumental in me reaching the 700 mark.
I went for this course as I saw many positive reviews. However, it is not really good. I studied for 2 months using this app. Used to score 730 in its practice tests. But on actual test I scored 640. I don't know how that happened. It used to feel that the app is good but since it didn't give me the desired result I am giving it 1 star. Plus if you buy the program, be ready for annoying voiced videos with very bad grammar. The person speaking in the video will talk about a grammar concept but will not follow it in the next sentence he speaks.
I'm rating it 1 star but in preview it keeps showing all 5 stars.
The online course offered by Experts global for GMAT preparation is a comprehensive package that includes a detailed analysis of your performance topic wise so that you can focus on your weak areas and improve them with practice. Also, their interface is very user friendly with enough mock tests to prepare you well for the actual GMAT exam. Also, during your revision, you can use their short videos which is created to give you much-required information related to each topic just a few days before the exam. I would highly recommend this course to anyone who is preparing for GMAT.
I took the course from Expert's Global in 2017 to prepare for GMAT and found it really useful especially for the test series part. Gave a number of tests and was impressed with the level of analysis provided to improve the score. Hence, could focus on the areas of improvement very well and this really helped in gaining confidence & practice for the score. Plus, it is a great tool to learn how to manage time well since time-management is of the utmost importance in the GMAT. All-in-all, the materials & test series were very helpful in performing well in the GMAT exam
Hello,
This is the first such review for us in a long, long time. We respect your point of view. However, in the interest of complete information to anyone reading this, we must respond and objectively share facts.
Regarding the difference in scores between our mocks and actual GMAT:
We spoke with you and you confirmed that the scores in our mocks were in great sync with scores on GMATPrep- the official mocks. You said your sentiment behind this review is- "I worked hard, I didn't get the score; I will give 1-star".
Plus, your scores were fluctuating a lot and you touched 730 only once. We tried encouraging you to consolidate your prep, give mocks under GMAT-like conditions, and give the test again.
Regarding incorrect grammar:
With all humility, we contest this allegation; please share examples. We do not claim that there cannot be an occasional, minor slip in 200+ hours of our video content but, sorry, "very bad grammar" means something else. A student long ago said something on these lines and when we inquired, it turned out that she was pointing at a sentence spoken in subjunctive mood; her contest was about why a plural verb was used for a singular subject in a sentence like "if it were..."; to her, it was a basic grammatical mistake but those who really understand grammar would appreciate the usage of the plural verb here, given the subjunctive nature of the information. It is likely that your misunderstanding is on similar lines; please share examples.
Regarding poor voice quality:
If you mean poor sound quality, technically- this is factually incorrect; each of 3000+ videos on our YouTube channel and 2000+ videos embedded in our software was duly tested for all technical parameters before making the cut; we continue this practice. Anybody reading this can randomly check any of our videos for voice quality, it is consistent everywhere.
If you mean you did not like the voice of a trainer- on a lighter note, we give a weeklong free trial; we encourage a user to try the course for all such preferences and more... :)
We have every student's best interest close to our hearts. As suggested earlier, we only mean good for you and if we can be any help at any stage, please reach us.
Best wishes.
Hi,
Yes of course I have a "sentiment" attached to my opinion. You can't be serious that I give your course more stars even when it absolutely did not help me improve my score at all! Do you even know how hilarious that sounds! You guys want people to give you 5 stars even when it didn't help them at all!
I know why you guys had a bad review in a long long time. And that is exactly why I did not agree to take down my review even when you approached me and told me to do so. I want my "sentiment" and my "opinion" to be out there. Ultimately, you gave me my money back but the time and efforts that I put in your course could have been utilised in some other course that would have got me better results, and that you cannot return me.
You people were very clear from the start that it was a pre-recorded "purely on-demand program and doubt solving support is not a part of the offering" course and there was absolutely no "encouragement" from your end. I request you stop playing the victim here. There are no victims here. I took your course, couldn't improve my score, I rated it bad. That's it. By the way the person who wrote this seems to be one of those persons who when I sent in a math correction on one of your videos sent me an email saying that I should not complain and "when I disagree with something, I should ask myself 'what am I missing?' rather than declaring the source to be incorrect". Later, you guys recalled that email and admitted that there was a correction indeed.
Regarding the bad grammar, I meant the spoken English that we speak in India. It is obviously flawed and the thing with the videos is that the speaker just tells you the correct grammar and in the next sentence he speaks he is violating the grammar rule he just mentioned. What can I say, it is hard to not pay attention to the audio that you are listening to; to differentiate between the rules and ignore what's being said.
Just to be clear, I have no intent on maligning you guys but I just want my opinion to be out there and let the students decide for themselves.
Take care
