I’m so grateful to Becca for her support throughout my MBA application journey. Coming into the process, I didn’t have a network of friends or colleagues who had gone through MBA applications before, and I was coming from a relatively non-traditional background - so it initially all felt quite overwhelming and difficult to navigate.
Becca helped me bring my story to life in a way that felt both authentic and compelling. Just as importantly, she gave me the structure and clarity I needed to map out my career vision and connect the dots across my experiences in a way that finally made sense.
She struck an incredible balance between being supportive and challenging - pushing me to think more deeply, refine my ideas, and communicate them with confidence. I always felt that she genuinely cared about my journey and outcome.
Thanks to her guidance, I ultimately received offers from several dream schools - which felt almost unfathomable when I started this process - including HBS. I’m incredibly grateful for her role in helping me get there.
I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone navigating the MBA admissions process, particularly those coming from non-traditional backgrounds.
