Susanne was Assistant Director with the MBA program at INSEAD. She has worked for INSEAD since 2004, with roles in both careers and admissions. She has done extensive file reading for the MBA admissions and financial aid teams. With the Career Services team, she expanded the network of corporate partnerships with companies in the Consulting, Consumer, Luxury, Media and Hospitality sectors in the APAC region. In this capacity, she gained deep knowledge of MBA talent sourcing and management development. More recently, Susanne has focused her efforts on coaching MBA and EMBA graduates.
Prior to joining INSEAD, Susanne held various marketing positions with the global media conglomerate Bertelsmann in Germany and China. Originally from Germany, Susanne holds a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Goettingen, Germany. She has lived and worked in Germany, France, the UK, Belgium and Singapore.

I would recommend Fortuna Admissions for anyone working towards an INSEAD MBA application.
From start to finish, every dollar was worth it. If it wasn't for the daily coaching by Susanne Peltz, and the reviews at different points by Caroline Edwards, former head of admissions at INSEAD, I probably wouldn't be celebrating an INSEAD MBA acceptance.
I had the right profile, the right CV, and the right references, however I didn't know the BEST way to tell a compelling story. Fortuna helps you do just that. You can be the perfect candidate, but if you don't put together a compelling application profile chances are you won't be accepted, even with a high GMAT score.

I decided to go ahead with Fortuna after having a 30 minute consultation with Matt Symonds. I was very impressed that he had taken the time to thoroughly research my background and it was evident that Fortuna has expert insight into INSEAD admissions, having many consultants who have previously worked in the admissions team (e.g. Caroline and Susanne). INSEAD has a notoriously long application with many essay questions and a video component, but Susanne immediately put me at ease. She knew which aspects of my background to highlight and how to best position my story. She also gave me an action plan with deadlines for the various milestones, which helped to break down the daunting application process. She thoroughly reviewed my drafts and gave me detailed and straightforward comments, and was always responsive on email. The entire process was stress-free as I felt I was working with someone very experienced. I can’t imagine getting through it without her!

I was successful on the first attempt with both my applications, to INSEAD and LBS, the former even offering a scholarship. Without the tremendous support from the Fortuna team I could not have achieved this.
