I had a great experience with the Manhattan GMAT review class. They paced me very well and the recommended homework was incredibly helpful. They have a method and it works if you put the time in. The class built a solid foundation. Then it was up to me to put in the time and practice to get the score I wanted. David Braslow is very smart and very elegant in communicating ideas. His explanations for walking the class through answers was thorough and his patience for questions seemingly infinite. I would definitely recommend him as a teacher, and I recommend the books to anyone who asks.

The Manhattan GMAT curriculum and teachers were phenomenally important to my success and score improvement on the GMAT. I found the teachers friendly and engaging, the curriculum interactive and a really great foundation for my GMAT studies. I'm thrilled with the experience I had at Manhattan GMAT! I found that my score improved by 80 points from a prior exam where I had only self-studied. Manhattan GMAT was well worth the investment in time and money. The course helped me to focus on the right study areas and the diagnostic tools helped me to determine where I could gain the most improvements.

When I started studying for the GMAT, one of my friends suggested I get in touch with Manhattan. I have a busy schedule, so the classes were a bit hard for me to fit in, but I ended up working with Faruk as a private tutor (which I did not see an option for under course type).

Manhattan's prep materials helped me realize I should be focusing on the quant section in order to improve my score. Faruk's unfailingly patient instruction helped me take the test "smarter" by ignoring overly time-consuming questions in addition to providing standard frameworks I could apply to "do-able" questions more quickly. In the end, being more tactical and deploying standard problem solving strategies helped me pick up a bunch of points on the quant section and do very well overall (significantly in excess of 700).

Great course! My instructor was hilarious and made the class engaging and fun. Because I travel during the week for work, I initially wasn't too excited about taking a weekend class - I was already very busy! However, taking this class turned out to be a very rewarding experience. The instructors are intelligent, personable and funny. It was a very comfortable environment in the classroom.

Heading into this class I wasn't too confident that I could leave with the score I wanted, but by the end, I was ready to just take the exam because I had done so much prep. The prep does a great job preparing you for the actual exam.

I'm not a natural standardized test taker, but this class made taking the GMAT manageable and even fun! :)
