Strengths:
It's verbal fundamentals and also It's pacing
Would make the product better:
I don't see any area , it's already perfect.
I recently completed the GMAT TTP prep course and took my official GMAT FOCUS and scored a 695 (98th percentile).
The course provided a solid foundation of all the required topics and majority of my success I credit to its structure, strategy insights, and targeted practice. Another key area of growth was time management. Prior to using TTP, I often felt rushed or anxious during practice exams. After completing the course, I was able to maintain control and stay calm throughout both mock tests and the real exam—something I’d struggled with before. The remaining came from disciplined self-study and review. Overall, a valuable resource for serious candidates looking to maximize their score.
Strengths:
What I really liked about TTP is how well-structured and easy to follow it is. Instead of just throwing a ton of material at you, it walks you through each topic step by step, with really clear explanations and lots of chances to practice. It doesn’t just show you how to solve problems—it actually helps you understand the logic behind them. The study flow made a lot of sense: go through a chapter, take a quiz, review your mistakes, and keep building from there. I also felt like they covered pretty much every possible type of question I could face on test day.
Would make the product better:
I don't have any recommendations for TTP as such. They have awesome content and they are constantly innovating. They have already incorporated AI solution explanations into their program, and I am sure they will keep improving it's capability over time.
TTP helped me get a 755 on the GMAT Focus—and I honestly don’t think I could’ve done it without them. It’s incredibly thorough without being overwhelming.
I wasn't super confident with critical reasoning initially, but TTP's approach to almost scientifically breaking down a passage and identifying the conclusion and premise helped a lot.
Having experienced the trial versions of multiple major test prep products, I can confidently say TTP is by far the best option out there. GMAT plays a huge role in applications and scholarships. You will only do an MBA once in your life, the potential upside of doing marginally better in your GMAT because of TTP far exceeds the minor price premium.
Strengths:
live teaching class associated with certain sections of class materials
Would make the product better:
The time allowed for studying each section (automatically by the study plan) was a little underestimated, IMO.
I conducted research on which GMAT paid platform to use and found great feedback from TTP. Took the 5-day free trial and loved how it planned the hours and a study plan. I joined the live teaching class package, which includes 6 months of materials access. The study plan was very well structured and had a decent number of questions. The course materials were very detailed and clearly broken down under each topic, making them easy to navigate and revisit during my revision. The most useful bit for me was taking the live teaching class taught by Ceilidh Erickson, it helped me clear up some conceptual gaps.
I also like that TTP partners with Perfect Scorer and does hourly/short webinars from time to time. Though it was a long 10-months journey for me, I highly recommend TTP.

Strengths:
Highly Structured & Logical Curriculum:
TTP’s Quant course is incredibly well-organized, building from core concepts to advanced strategies in a clear, linear way. It made studying feel focused and purposeful.
Comprehensive Coverage:
I never felt like there were gaps in what I had studied. By the end, I was confident that I had seen everything I needed to see for both Quant and the new Data Insights section.
Great for Returning Students:
As someone who had been out of school for several years, I really appreciated how the program eased me back into academic-style learning with a guided, confidence-building structure.
Sense of Direction:
After floundering with other materials, TTP gave me a clear roadmap. I no longer felt lost or overwhelmed—I felt in control of my prep.
Would make the product better:
Time Commitment:
TTP is extremely thorough, so it does require a significant time investment to get through everything. For those on a tight timeline, this could be challenging—though I’d argue the depth is worth it.
Less Emphasis on Test-Taking Strategy Early On:
The early modules focus heavily on building fundamentals. While this was exactly what I needed, someone looking for shortcuts or immediate test strategies might feel impatient at first.
Having been out of school for over five years, I found it challenging to get back into an academic mindset—especially when it came to standardized test preparation. Although I have a background in engineering and considered myself strong in math, my first GMAT mock exam was a reality check. I struggled significantly with the Quant section and knew I needed a structured, comprehensive resource to close the gap.
Target Test Prep exceeded my expectations. The Quant course is exceptionally well-structured, with a clear, logical progression that allowed me to rebuild foundational concepts while developing the precision and efficiency needed for the exam. By the time I sat for the test, I felt completely prepared for both Quant and the new Data Insights section.
The Verbal course was equally impactful. It reshaped the way I approached reading comprehension, critical reasoning, and sentence correction—teaching me to think strategically rather than rely on instinct or memorization.
I would strongly recommend Target Test Prep to anyone preparing for the GMAT, particularly those returning to academics after time away. The program provides the structure, depth, and rigor necessary to succeed.
I used TTP over the course of 6 months and attribute the majority of my official score to the hundreds of hours spent on the course. Not only does TTP give a topic-based approach to learning Quant, Verbal, and Data Insights, but it also packages it in an approachable format with an abundance of practice questions. I was able to track my progress and stay on track, even throughout my busy schedule. I can confidently say it's the best resource to learn and brush up on Quant topics and gain higher accuracy. I felt weakest in Verbal at the beginning of my journey, but throughout the 6 months, I managed to get a feel of all the types of questions and approach each question with a toolbox of strategies to tackle them.
Strengths:
It is simply the best, most comprehensive GMAT course out there. The quant section is especially comprehensive, but the verbal and data insights sections are also very well-designed and effective. TTP assumes you’re starting from zero, which makes the material incredibly easy to follow and helps build a strong foundation. Its large question bank is high quality and closely mirrors the structure and difficulty of what you'll get on the actual test day. On top of that, the course provides a clear, structured study plan tailored to your target score, along with top-notch analytics that make it easy to track progress and pinpoint weak areas.
Would make the product better:
No major improvements needed in my opinion. Maybe in the future, adding an AI-driven feature that adapts the study plan dynamically to your weak areas and helps ensure you complete preparation before your scheduled GMAT could be a valuable addition.
After two GMAT attempts (555 and 565), I felt stuck. I was working full-time, trying to study on my own, and quickly realized I needed more structure and support. That’s when I found TTP. I didn’t complete the full course, but even just following their expert track for about 3 months gave me clarity, focus, and the tools to improve. The quant lessons helped me break down what I was doing wrong, while the verbal and DI sections (though initially strengths) helped me push my scores even further. I especially appreciated how the course forced me to slow down, master fundamentals, and not skip steps.
On my final attempt, I scored 685 (Q80, V90, DI82). It was more than just a score improvement, it felt like redemption after months of frustration. TTP is 100% worth the investment.
Strengths:
TTP is so through and well organized, you will never have to worry that you are going to be deficient in an area as there is more than enough material to break down, review and practice
Would make the product better:
The content itself can be a lot and overwhelming to a first time user, but I believe that comes as part of realizing just how much content there is to review for GMAT preparation. Possibly having some means when users first sign up to gradually ease/explain the VAST library of information they're about to have at their fingertips.
TTP is THE course to go for if you find yourself plateauing. I had been self studying and reviewing content and questions with GMAT Club and Magoosh for more general review, but when my first two Official exams both came in under my target score of 685 (scored 665 both times) I took a chance on TTP for one month of additional studying to really dive into my deficiencies. With one month of targeted review, I greatly exceed my own expectations and got a 715! (Q84, V90, DI82). I personally was a bit disappointed that my Quant wasn't higher (as I mocked better) but I chalk that up to some unlucky niche quant questions that were very difficult and my habit to make at least one or two mental calculation errors due to time constraints
I used TTP to prepare for the GMAT intensively for 3 months prior to my exam date, and I achieved my target score right in the first shot!
The math section was truly helpful: comprehensive, detailed, well thought-out. As I had been far out of college, TTP's math review really helped me gauge all essential concepts from basic to advanced, and their explanations for my errors were also very easy to follow through.
If you are aiming to achieve a high score, especially for Maths, while being unsure about your current math level, I highly recommend using TTP's intensive plan - I used the intensive 4-month plan and my math skills solidified very strongly.
Strengths:
Amazing Quant Prep, very deep coverage of all important topics and generally very intuitive. Also has best UI I've seen
Would make the product better:
Nothing much, but Quant is definitely the strongest part
I had a great time studying with TTP and would recommend the course for everyone struggling with the Test Material, especially QR. I do believe that this course is the best resource to improve your score and would do it again every single time. They're also very responsive and will answer very fast, giving you valuable insights to further improve your prep. I managed to jump from 585 to 695, and I would say that a big reason for it was TTP. They really have created a special course which will most likely lead you to success if one follows the proposed path rigorously.
Strengths:
The TTP methodology is such that it beautifully explains the concepts along with giving us relevant examples and practice problems. In this way, a student gets hold of the concepts and retains those as well. The dashboard of TTP helps a student keep track of the progress.
Would make the product better:
Well, hands down, I believe TTP has done everything it can to ace the module development for GMAT preparation. The only thing I can add is that TTP can include more practice tests.
TTP has really been a game changer for me. I Can vouch for it any day. For a guy like me, for whom Verbal was a nightmare, TTP enabled me to score a solid 98 percentile in Verbal on GMAT.
I still remember the day I took my first GMAT exam. I scored 650 in the classic version. Although I performed well on Quant (Q50 / 86 percentile), the verbal did not go well, V28(mere 47 percentile). For me, verbal was a nightmare. Then I stumbled upon TTP and gave it a try. TTP proved to be a game changer. At the very first glance, I could see how Verbal must be approached in a much more conceptual and structured manner. The methodology that TTP adopts – giving relevant concepts and pairing those with examples and practice problems – really helps to get a good grasp of concepts.
I really recommend every GMAT aspiring student to start with TTP; This will elevate your learning journey by miles.
