Strengths:
TTP is so through and well organized, you will never have to worry that you are going to be deficient in an area as there is more than enough material to break down, review and practice
Would make the product better:
The content itself can be a lot and overwhelming to a first time user, but I believe that comes as part of realizing just how much content there is to review for GMAT preparation. Possibly having some means when users first sign up to gradually ease/explain the VAST library of information they're about to have at their fingertips.
TTP is THE course to go for if you find yourself plateauing. I had been self studying and reviewing content and questions with GMAT Club and Magoosh for more general review, but when my first two Official exams both came in under my target score of 685 (scored 665 both times) I took a chance on TTP for one month of additional studying to really dive into my deficiencies. With one month of targeted review, I greatly exceed my own expectations and got a 715! (Q84, V90, DI82). I personally was a bit disappointed that my Quant wasn't higher (as I mocked better) but I chalk that up to some unlucky niche quant questions that were very difficult and my habit to make at least one or two mental calculation errors due to time constraints
