Zero (0) on the AWA GMAT Online Official Score Report Bug
This week, numerous people have reported getting a 0 on their AWA in the official GMAT Online score report. It seems to be a widespread rather than an isolated issue with multiple reports which eliminates the possibility that someone simply forgot to click save or submit. This issue seems to have only come up this week (for the tests taken last Friday and later) which appears to have a pattern that would be logical to believe is to the software rather than user behavior. I did see a comment from one of the test-takers indicating they called GMAC and received the answer that their score was correct and "0" is supposedly right, which is concerning.
I am starting this topic to keep all of our information in a single place and to keep the discussion focused. Here is the list of all the reports of AWA "0" scores (all submitted this week):
P.S. I am going to reach out to the GMAC for a comment but meanwhile encourage everyone affected by the ZERO AWA bug to reach out to GMAC as well.

Hi All,
Just wanted to update the forum. My AWA score is now available, less than 24 hours after I contacted GMAC customer care.
I would suggest everyone else facing this issue to also reach out to GMAC (if not done already).

) so just saw the score. Maybe I will hear back from them officially in some time. I will update the group if I get any official explanation for this. 
). Glad this rollercoaster is finally over. I also didn't hear back from GMAC customer service either, but my score just updated on its own. They should really wait a little longer to release everything together so they don't give so many people heart attacks....
