Wondering if anyone has been through the 1+1 application process and can offer some insight.
You apply to your MBA and partnering program separately and apparently you can apply to multiple partnering courses on a sliding timeline. I've applied to the MBA and the partnering course, but rushed my application for the latter and I'm really worried I'll get rejected. There's another course in the same department that interests me and I'm considering applying.
My first question is: if I am admitted to the MBA (I have an interview so I'm hopeful) but rejected to the first partnering course I applied to, will Said wait to hear whether I was admitted to my second choice partnering course? That news wouldn't come until March (and I'll get news from Said in December).
My second question is: Is it possible to apply to your choice college with Said while awaiting a decision from the partnering course, or does it all depend on the partnering course since you matriculate with them first? Basically I'm wondering, if I wait until March to hear from choice #2, will I also be forced to put my college choice process off until March or can I be considered for my college in the interim?
Thanks!
