A tip for any of you guys at work to watch the games. At my company we are getting a projector in the conference room and showing the games since they are available live online. Just a thought for anyone stuck in the office today.

I was thinking that besides the current Kudos award structure, we should add one more:

Whoever's bracket is ranked right in the middle (median) gets +3 kudos. (In this volatile market, whoever plays it safe and manages risk well should get kudos in my opinion :wink: )

So final award structure will be:

Winner: 10+
2nd Place: 8+
3rd Place: 5+
Median: 3+
Last Place: 1+

I'm predicting PrezBO goes down hard. He has almost no upsets and has all the regional finals except for one are #1 vs #2 seeds. I just don't think that's gone hold, but I guess we'll see.

I think rather than adding a median kudos, we just bump up the awards and expand to top 5 + last place. Something like:

Winner: +15
2nd Place: +10
3rd Place: +7
4th Place: +5
5th Place: +3
Last Place: +1

We should reward excellence, not mediocrity. The last place kudo is more like compensation for the resulting ridicule this person will have to endure until next March.
