I am an Indian girl and planning to apply for Oxbridge and Hec. I do understand that the score in quant is not great but I have an undergraduate cgpa of 8.5 and work ex of 5 years. I am not fully confident about retaking and improving my score within two weeks. Oxbridge deadlines are a month away, should I apply R2 with the score or wait an year?

Are you prepared with the rest of your application? I believe the median for Oxford last year was 690 - so you are over that already. I would like to ask you - what would additional 20 points add to your profile that your undergraduate doesn't already reflect? A second GMAT attempt may also go the other way (a lower score!)

a higher GMAT may help a bit, however, if you are ready with the rest of the application this year, I would suggest go for it. In my opinion GMAT is a very small part of the application and you have demonstrated your academic proficiency already.
