Hi

I want to pursue an MSF course from a reputed institute where I can get good exposure and learning. I am currently working in Hewlett Packard as a financial consultant. My Stats are: B.Tech Mechanical - Thapar University (Among Top 20 in India) - 67.6%; MBA Finance - Xavier University (Among Top 20 in India) - 74.5% Total Work Experience - 24 months (in HP as a financial consultant). GMAT Score - 745

Just to let you know, it's not easy to get a high GPA in these colleges that I studied in. I read somewhere that >60% in India is equivalent to 4 GPA in US.
It would be really helpful if someone recommends any college that I should apply to.

Thanks

Not sure if your score is a valid one? Shouldn't it be either 740 or 750?

I don't see any reason why you can't be in play at any of the schools listed. Now you do have some fairly prestigious schools on your list so with that comes lots of competitiveness, so manage your expectations. Focus on your application and be able to readily answer the why of pursuing this degree especially after already having an MBA

Yeah, I understand that there is a huge competition. My only worry was that I had low GPA during B.Tech (6.76/10 might be equivalent to 2.6/4) and the reason is - it was difficult to secure a good GPA in Mechanical Branch of my college. In MBA, I have improved it (5.6/8 equivalent to around 3.5/4), but still there are colleges in this list which have a high median GPA ask. So, this is my only worry.

I would try to improve that through a better LOR, Application, SOP.
