Which one is better among Veritas and MGmat

It is hard to tell but MGMAT is by far more popular since you can get the CATs free of charge with a purchase any of the GMAT Guides (now there are 9 of them including the GMAT Roadmap). Until just a few months ago, you had to purchase the Veritas Prep tests. now they come included with the books (as long as you purchase the books via their site).

Hey bb,

I've literally began my GMAT journey today. All I have are the MGMAT guides (all 8 books) and the official review guides (12th and 2nd editions) by GMAC. Is that material enough to secure a 700+ score? I have roughly 3 months to study and will be working soon. I read your recommended study plan, but, unfortunately, I do not own any of the general GMAT prep books (Kaplan, Princeton, etc.). Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Also, thanks for providing all this useful information--it has made the research process on the exam easier than it otherwise would have been.

Take care,
Yardy83

Yes you are good.
You may want to pick up MGMAT Roadmap if you can.
Other than that, you could also pick up MGMAT Verbal Foundations or MGMAT math Foundations if you are having issues with Verbal or Math.

Other than that, you are all good!

It worked for me and voila , i have access to good mgmat tests. I am saving some money to buy gmat club tests

Thanks for the tip!
works like a charm - ordered via amazon one of the guides for kindle (\$9.99), immediately got the book on both my PC and Kindle, and forwarded the receipt to the specified email to get the online access. saved me about \$60 (\$24 book + \$37 shipment ).

Just started getting serious about the GMAT again because I know the test won't take itself, I have the OG and reviewed the topics, did the diag two years ago so just dove into a few practice problems over the past few days. Finally took the GMATPrep CAT for the first time, scored a 740 (Q48/V44), but not going to let that build make me over confident, I know I have a lot of studying in front of me. Just wanted to say this site is great and the resources are awesome!

What a great resource! It's great to know that I have about 6 free reliable CAT tests that I can take to train for the GMAT. Not only does this help with confidence, but will also tremendously help with creating my study plan.

Hi, Anybody had any understanding of how good the MasterGMAT questions are?

How representative are the MGMAT Cats?
I did my 1st CAT, the Quant part seems harder than the verbal part. Specially the RC part of the verbal was....really easy, even for me (as a nonnative).
I know there is a discussion on this topic here, but couldn't find it.

Hi,
I don't whether you're referring to MasterGMAT course or MasterGMAT tests, but you can find my review of both here and here. I hope it answers your question. If not, reply and I'll do my best to help you.
