Yes.... I feel it is somewhat of a good illustration of the Birthday Paradox In a room of just 23 people there’s a 50-50 chance of at least two people having the same birthday. In a room of 75 there’s a 99.9% chance of at least two people matching birthdays. That seems to make no sense but that's math.... can't fight it. Of course then we have people who keep trying and not winning... I am not sure what that is... maybe curse paradox?

But is it even useful for them if they win it twice , does that mean they get 3+3 months ? I am fine not winning it as I moved to GRE

Yes. Subscriptions stack up. So it would be 6 months for someone who has won 2 prizes. As to usefulness.... not sure but they have entered the drawing so I guess they felt it was needed. I have no intention of fighting the random number generator ?
