Hai,
I have done my graduation in chemical engineering with 56.88 % or 6.0 CGPA and I have 9 years of industrial experience. About 6 months ago I had to quite my job due to various reasons. Now I am willing to take GMAT exams to achieve a promising career. Now my questions are
what are my chances to get admissions in India or Canada?
will the graduate percentage effect my admission process?
please clarify the above questions
Thanks in advance.
Hi Subhash!
To answer your question straightaway
1. Admission to business school depends on various factors such as your GMAT score, your work ex, your post-MBA goals, etc. Basically, your whole profile is considered. Definitely, you have a good chance of getting into Indian or Canadian business schools depending on your GMAT score.
2. Yes, undergrad percentages are looked into by admissions committee. But you can compensate a low undergrad score with a high GMAT score.
The admissions process is very subjective and your overall profile matters. For now, you should put 100% efforts into getting a high GMAT score.
Good Luck!
