Hello,
I am looking for some advice on my situation and what to do here. First here is my profile,
Work Ex - 6.5 years
GMAT - 720
GPA
Graduate - 3.7
Undergrad - 3.7
I am currently working in the bay area in a tech company as an engineer. I am looking at both part time and full time mba options. For part time the best option is Berkeley-Haas which offers convenient weekend program and has obvious advantages over full time. It can help me transition to management side within the tech industry. I also want to consider full time mba for possible career change opportunities that it offers. I haven't applied anywhere yet and will be looking at Round 3 applications for all the schools. I don't want to wait for next year as I will be a year older and moving away from the median applicant age. Is applying for Full Time programs now a waste of time at this point? Any advice would be very appreciated.

You are not too old to apply, especially if you are considering a part-time MBA. Round three is tricky for full-time programs, but it still may be worth putting in some apps for FT and then targeting PT such as Berkeley.
