When did you submit the application? I did on 1st Nov and my referees have submitted the recommendation on 16th Nov. I believe, universities start evaluating the application once entirely completed.

mine case is also similar. Haven’t received invite yet.

Was there any specific reapplicant essay for McGill? I wasn’t able to find any on their website, and on inquiring the same in uapply chat they redirected to the website instead of giving any clear answers.

Can anyone confirm if they needs IELTS/TOEFL test report along with application for an international students? I read in the requirement page that candidate need not to provide the language test results if a candidate provide the medium of instruction certificate even though candidate belongs to the nation where english is not the primary language.

it’s true they haven’t aksed for IELTS/TOEFL if medium of instruction is English, but who knows how they rate profiles if it’s not provided.

I agree with you Sam but if it’s the case then they must need to provide an unconditional admit/interview invite. I don’t think it’s the reason for rejection. What’s others think?

I don’t think IELTS score will affect their evaluation but GMAT will. I already got the offers from Schulich and Rotman and I did not submit the IELTS test results.

I got a really low score on my 1st attempt on Nov 20.

Still, I didn’t cancel my score as I never imagined this scenario. I just logged in now (after approx. 58 hrs since my appointment time) and read that some schools may even consider an average of all the GMAT attempts? I selected both Rotman, Mcgill, Schulich as choices. Can you please help advise me if these schools also consider past attempts’ score and should I cancel my score?

- As far I know and what I heard in all the forums that everyone considers best GMAT score. But you may ask the same from B schools directly, they are main contact for these questions.
