hmb12345 Do you mean citizenships or jus addresses?
If just addresses, believe it’s straightforward- Put down your permanent address (home) and you can also put a current address (at the time of applying).

Well if you want to save on your tuition fee then applying as domestic student should be opted , you should do a comparison of tuition fee domestic vs international student , it would help you evaluate better.
