total = c+d-both + neither
60 = 34+54 -28 +N
60=60-N

\(D =54\)
\(C ∩ D = 28\)
\(Σ = 60\) ,
So, \(n ( C ∪ D ) = Σ - n ( C ∪ D )'\)
We know, \(n ( C ∪ D ) = n ( C ) + n ( D ) - n ( C ∩ D )\)
Or, \(n ( C ∪ D ) = 60\)
Or, \(n ( C ∪ D ) = 34 + 54 - 28\)
\(n ( C ∪ D ) = Σ - n ( C ∪ D )'\)
\(60 = 60 - n ( C ∪ D )'\)
So, \(n ( C ∪ D )' = 0\)
Thus, the number of women neither have curlers in their hair nor are under the dryer is 0 , answer will be (A)
