It's not a confirmed information but the score of 315 minimum should be preferred.

A competitive score would be 320+

Hello!

I am IPMX-14 (batch of 2022 passout).

My brother is looking to apply to the IPMX program too but at the moment I do not have a sense of what will be a competitive GRE score to get a shortlist.

Any thoughts?

Best regards,
Priya Phadtare
Thanks so much!

GRE score equivalent to a GMAT classic score of 650–700 is considered good, which translates roughly to a GRE score of 320–330 (out of 340), with balanced performance in Verbal and Quantitative sections (e.g., 160–165 in each).

A score above 325 is likely to strengthen an application significantly, especially for the shortlisting phase.

I wish your brother best of luck. (Further, you may ask your brother to do the research himself instead of you doing it for him, that may be more effective)
Thank you so much for the comparative analysis. Makes sense!
:) thanks for your wishes!

Hello priyaphadtare,

Ideally, he should target a score in excess of 320; needless to say, the higher the better.

Thanks.
