Hey 13S12 ,

I would prefer taking MGMAT Mocks after Official.

I trust them alot and that really helped me improve my score.

All the best :)

I'm hoping to improve my Quant to around 49, and my Verbal to 42-43. Honestly, my Verbal score this time should have been 40-ish, but my computer restarted a record 5 times during the exam and I lost 6-7 minutes on the Verbal section, which were not compensated for.
Have you informed Pearson about this? I think they'll offer you a free retake, perhaps while allowing you to retain your current score.

You can also consider the GMAT Pill Practice Test: www.gmatpill.com/gmat-practice-test/practice-test

Video explanations for each question are available for paid members, but the CAT test itself is free.

Hey ENEM ,

For me, they absolutely are! They are a bit on the harsh side than the GMATPreps but your actual exam is definitely going to be harder than what you will see on the preps.

Hence, my experience says Yes.

Good Luck :)

It depends on what you are looking for from your non-official tests. If you think they are going to be perfectly representative of the actual GMAT, well, they're not. If you are looking for a test that does a reasonably good job of recreating the GMAT experience, then you should be fine (even the GMATPrep tests are not perfectly representative of the actual exam).
