Hi All,
I am a senior executive at a small technology firm and I am interested in getting my EMBA with the goal of either MBB HR consulting or working in a senior HR position for a fortune 500 company.

34 years old
10 years of HR leadership experience
Minority Female
Self funded
Has a master's in HR from a state university
Taking Executive Assessment and currently scoring around 155-160
Lives in the DC area, would like to work in this area for at least the next decade
I am only interested in top EMBA programs, given my career goals and background could you suggest some schools I should look at?

Thank you for your post. Because you are taking the EA, you have a limited number of EMBA programs you can apply to (for a full list of schools that accept the EA, click here). That said, great programs accept the EA, and some you should consider include Booth, Johnson, and Haas.
