Either way I expect 50% of Gmatclubbers to be invited to interview. So at least like to see that invited to interview figure to 100 (conservative). As opposed to 16, plenty of spots to go around guys!

I don't think a large percentage of people on this site mark that they were/are "invited to interview." Last year, on this site, 18 out of 231 Round 1 applicants marked that they were "invited to interview" (7.79%) (despite 124 of those 231 later marking that they "interviewed"). So far this year, 18 out of 324 Round 1 applicants have marked that they've been "invited to interview" (5.55%).
If we're in the mood to use these small sample sizes to make irrational guesses, approximately 71.25% (5.55%/7.79%) of Round 1 interview invitations have been extended so far. That would represent a fairly equal distribution over five days. Hopefully there will be a significant number of Round 1 invitations extended tomorrow and/or Friday...
