Thank you for sharing your path in such depth. What a journey so far!
While I was at Booth, I had a classmate that came from the medical profession. After he had spent several years becoming a doctor, he became interested in how business could help him expand his impact beyond his education and experience in medicine. Although this is less common, I believe you have considerable strengths as a candidate.
If you haven't taken any math-based curriculum (i.e. stats, calc) as part of your previous studies , I suggest that you take a quant course that will give you a transcript. One option is Berkeley Extension's Math for Management. A strong GRE coupled with an A from a structured course intended to prep for management will provide evidence that you can handle the quantitative workload.
Other than academics, I suggest ensuring your CV is 'business friendly.' Applicants coming from less traditional backgrounds often have jargon that is more industry specific. Spend some time making sure your CV and stories are in layman's terms. Lastly, I encourage you to think deeply about your future career aspirations and be specific on what you want to accomplish by combining your medical and (future) business experiences. Hi! I was wondering if someone could evaluate my profile.
A medical doctor by background;
Undergrad in India MBBS: 3.92/4.0 - Gold Medallist
Started my career as a medical resident in oncology in Apollo Hospitals in India for 6 months before pursuing a research masters in regenerative medicine.
MSc in University College London - Nanotechnology and Regenerative Medicine GPA 3.8/4.0
Worked as a research assistant in UCL School of Pharmacy to creating a novel antibiotic for treatment - the antibiotic is currently in phase 2 trials. However, I am no longer involved in this.
During the same master's program, co-founded a spin-off for manufacturing novel urinary catheters and was accepted in an accelerator program. The company is continued by Kings College Medical Students while I remain in a medical consulting role.
Further to this, I was awarded a medical fellowship by the University Hospital Southampton Trust to rotate across Emergency Medicine, Cardiology, Respiratory Medicine and Acute Medicine. Was working in the emergency department in the UK when COVID hit. Was a member of the COVID emergency relief team and part of the team to establish guidelines for COVID triage guidelines for the West of England which was later adopted by other hospitals in the surrounding region.
During the same period, passed exams and interviews and gained internal medicine resident (ranked in the top 5% among 3500 candidates) at the University of Cambridge, Addenbrookes Hospitals. As part of the program, I worked across Palliative Care, Acute Medicine, Respiratory Medicine and Transplant Medicine while treating COVID patients during COVID shifts.
The turmoil during the pandemic and my out-of-medicine experiences always drove me to pursue something regarding management to create an impact at scale. So, I have taken a year off from my residency program from Aug 2021 take a break from the hectic schedule and am preparing for GRE at the moment. My mock scores range from 315 to 322 currently and I have 22 days left for the exam.
Meanwhile, I am working as an engagement manager at Impact Consulting and have completed marketing strategy and consulting for a medical devices company.
Given my atypical background and non-existent quantitative math for the last 10 years since I began to pursue medicine, is there a good chance to get admitted into Booth?
Total work experience: 4 years and 6 months. If I were to include my role at Impact Consulting, it would be 5 years.

Work Experience: ~65 months of full-time work experience by matriculation.
4.5 years of experience in private equity at a US$1bn + fund in LATAM (1 year) then left to co-manage a small VC fund (spent 1.2 years there; US$5mm AUM) in Mexico. Once that fund was fully invested left to join a starting PE fund worked for 2.5 years there (4 promotions across work history). Recently joined a energy start-up in the US to gain more international experience prior to my MBA.
Post MBA Goals: Start my own ed-tech company or work at a ed-tech startup (think Coursera)
Strong LOR (known former alumni) and Essays, also have support letters from alumni and current students
Extracurriculars

Since you went into PE after, I assume it's something along the lines of business, in which you had quant courses (i.e. Calc, Stats, Econ). If so, then academically you're in good shape. If, however, you didn't have any quant courses then you'll want to demonstrate your quant aptitude in other ways. That could be through recommendations (given PE/VC requires quant rigor), and/or through a transcript course such as Berkeley Extension's Math for Management.
GRE: 325 (165Q/160V) You're right at the average here. How many times have you taken the test? If just once, do you think you could do better a 2nd time around? Coming in with an above-average GRE will help strengthen your candidacy. Overall, between your GRE and Undergrad, you're in a good position academically, however my suggestions are really guidance IF you want to (and have time to) strengthen yourself in this category further.

In your resume, make sure you're demonstrating your accomplishments and skills instead of just the areas you've been responsible for. I also like the career shift in order to gain international experience.
Post MBA Goals: Start my own ed-tech company or work at a ed-tech startup (think Coursera) I encourage you to break your goals out in short, mid and long term. Also, make sure this has logical connection to your past. Without knowing more details about your PE/VC experience, I'll make the assumption you have EdTech experience. Consider what goals/milestones you want to accomplish in this endeavor.

Extracurriculars AdComs are familiar with the demands certain careers place on candidates. Make sure you're adding the extracurriculars to your resume though, especially those from college since it was more substantial.
