Got into both 2 year full time mba programmes. Babson with a 30K scholarship. Goal is to come back to India and work in my family business.

Since you plan to come back to your family business in India (and recruiting is out of the picture), Babson is undeniably the better choice. It has long been a favored choice for family business/entrepreneurial candidates and has a number of initiatives to support you. Loads of Babson grads in India as well if you're looking at it from an Alumni network perspective.

Congrats on your admits!

Once you get past Top 30 programs, the differences are less prominent and it is all about regional elements and some peculiarities. I mean all programs are different in many ways but they are also very very similar. If this makes any sense.

With being sponsored and coming back to a job, you are in a good position to pick any program you wish. At the same time, you want a degree that will be there for you should the business be sold or something else happens and you need to network and work (Plan B, C, D, etc).

I would pick Kelley over Babson with a scholarship any day but you have not gotten into it yet ;-)
As to BC vs. Babson - it is a tough call. I can see Babson as a more attractive offer potentially.

So sorry for such a late reply, I am just finishing up my MBA journey and hunting full time isn't easy. Go for Kelley and thank me later. Kelley will give you a lot of options and opportunities. Even if you are going back to India, Kelley and the professional networking at this school will help you a lot.

If you are going to come back to your family business, Babson is definitely a better option. However, between Babson and Kelley, we would definitely recommend Kelley. Nonetheless, Kelley has not quite materialized yet! :-)
