I have not officially decided to apply but one of my fellow managers went to Michigan and has almost convinced me to apply. From everything I have read they have pretty decent placement in IB. Not sure how good they are for real estate IB though. 710 GMAT 3.6 GPA blah, blah, blah...we are all great in our own ways. Some advice on the interviews for R2 applicants. Some guys in R1 received their invites as early as a week after applications (Clobo got on 11/09 while the deadline was 11/01), while others including myself, tsaditya received the invites mid-december. We dont know how the timing of the invite translates to an admit but my advice is be patient. Especially desi applicants, as in R1, all the Indian citizen applicants on here received their invites towards the end.

A lot of people post on these forums only when they get an interview call or something. So the R2 list will keep growing till the interview results start coming out. I am sure it'll reach or exceed 15.

does the Ross application status change on the online application form itself or there is some other place to check application status? Mine still says "This application has been submitted" even though i already got an email from Ross saying all application material has been received.

I dont think it changes online there. You will get an email in about 2-3 weeks saying that your application is complete and ready for review. If something is missing from your file, you will be asked to submit the necessary documents.
