I got a mail couple of days back saying that my file is complete and will be reviewed shortly.
Can anyone tell me how long does it take for KF to get back? I was interviewed on Jan 26
I'm a R3 applicant !

They will release decisions by 5pm on March 21st. They do a mass notification. I think a few rock stars received their decisions a little early, but most don't.

I have a query to people who got interview invite / are done with interview regarding the interview invitation mail I received.

The mail says-

"Please make sure that you have uploaded your resume to your application at least 9 days prior to the interview date. We will need this in order for you to interview."

I do not understand. I have already submitted my resume during my application. Do I have to upload it again? If yes, where should I upload this resume?

Some people are invited to interview before submitting their applications. That's why they want you to make sure that you have at least uploaded your resume. In case that you have already submitted your application, there is no need to worry about the resume any more.

Just a small query though. I gave an on campus interview and it went exceptionally well...The interviewer kept on telling "atta girl" and gave me very very positive feedback that it was too good to believe..Does it mean that i have more chances of getting admitted? Does the interview hold additional weight?

The wait is killing me and any response will be much appreciated!!

I think that interveiw is the most important part of the process. A good interview can certainly give you advantage over your compitition. But if other parts of application are not very good then even the most amazing interview cannot save you.

I have scheduled it with an alum here in Mumbai(India) on March 12th.

How is KF for a career in MC/IB?

Does it have the same kind of recruitments as CMU/Cornell?

This is my second interview invite after CMU Tepper. I have my Tepper i/v tonight. Will start preparing for UNC from tomorrow.

I think that interveiw is the most important part of the process. A good interview can certainly give you advantage over your compitition. But if other parts of application are not very good then even the most amazing interview cannot save you.

Thank you talwarmeister. I am an Indian/female/25 GMAT 650..I wouldnt say my GPA is stellar as well but my essays and recommendations are really good. My career goals are very different form the usual Indian applicants. So lets wait and see..UNC is currently my top school.

I am a chartered accountant working with one of the big four in the consulting side in the banking space.

How about you? How is KF for a career in consulting/IB? Any idea. I havent interacted much with the alums.
