This is probably jumping the gun, but is there a 2014 facebook page set up yet so we can start connecting with each other? Also, those of you that received luggage tags and got contacted by Hermes society members etc., was it after your deposit was processed?

how does the arrangement work? do i just pick an interviewer and then propose a time before registering it on the system?

you need to pick an interviewer, email him/her to schedule an interview, then only once it's confirmed, update it on the system. The school will then provide your interviewer with an interview report form which they fill out after your interview (you won't see this step). Once they submit it, you are deemed "complete"
