Oh good for you! I think I asked you about this on your Kellogg v Yale topic. I'm consortium too but didn't rank them 1st because at that point I hadn't visited any schools or met any students/alums yet- had I known how much I'd fall in love with Yale I would have DEFINITELY ranked them first. They did offer me a sizable merit-based scholarship though so maybe a full ride is still a possibility later... Moral of the story to folks still applying- try your very best to visit schools before you apply not just for application inspiration but to truly give you a sense of where you want to belong! Also-I thought of applying to Ross but when I reached out to students they had on the admissions site, no one got back to me :/ so I took that as a sign. Besides I've been to a lot of places in Michigan on business and it ain't for everyone, not to throw shade.

Does anybody know of any other schools beyond Yale that have offered merit-based scholarships with the admission letter even if the applicant is applying through the Consortium?

For those of you who had trouble sending your mission recommender the link via the portal, how did you resolve the issue? My recommender is ready to submit, but she doesn't have the link. She checked her spam box and we've both tried different browsers. I also removed her information and then added it back in. Any advice??? Thanks in advance!

I had the same problem. I ultimately called them and they manually sent my recommender the request. But also keep in mind that the recommendation requests are sent at a certain time each day (e.g. not immediate), so I would give it 24hrs, tell your recommender to check her spam folder and if it still hadnt arrived by then, get in touch with the consortium.

Speedy, firstly, congrats on the admit and the fellowship. That's huge!! If you don't mind me asking, did you rank Yale first in your consortium application? I'm just trying to understand the logistics since the "draft" isn't until march.
