My interview went for 40 mins. She did ask me about my official ID, so you should carry a passport or some proof. She had a list of questions to ask, so no curveball or unexpected questions. Below are the questions she asked:
Could you please share your personal and professional journey? Please include why MBA and why this is the right moment for MBA?
What drew you towards Anderson, and why do you think it will be a perfect school for me?
Short term and long term goals, and for both goals how do you think Anderson will help me prepare in terms of academically and professionally?
Plan B for short term goal
Could you share a bit more in terms of how do you plan to contribute to Anderson community. what kind of unique traits and leadership capabilities you will bring at Anderson?
TMAT when you faced a challenge. How did you overcome it? What lessons you have learned and did you seek advice from people around you?
What are my top 3 strengths and 1 weakness? how are you improving it?
then last 15 mins, I asked her 3-4 questions.
I thought I was the only one who had an interview that went extra long. Mine ended up lasting over an hour. Seems like a good sign, I think.
