do you know interviewer before hand?

i knew my interviewer beforehand because they messed up and thought the interview was a week before it actually was, emailed me telling me i was late, and then realized that they're the ones who **** up.
in general i thought the UCLA interviewers were pretty unprofessional/untrained relative to other student interviewers i experienced, not sure if anyone felt the same. still got in R1 though
