I'd recommend taking it as soon as you can

Why do you want to delay the review process?

I just got my GRE score of 336, is it possible to apply on R3 and still get accepted? or should I just wait for R1 next year?

It's very difficult to predict, depends a lot on the class composition at the moment

But it's safer to apply in R1, especially because you're more likely to get $$$

I think 26th Feb

That would be consistent with R1
