Thanks. haven’t received an invite yet. Will wait till the 28th. Had to delay my submission of the KIRA interview due to some personal reasons so just hoping I was considered in this round itself :)

­Anyone know how long it takes to hear back after a personal interview? I applied for r3 and did my interview recently.­

Also, what is the conversion rate after the interview?
