Rumour has it – INSEAD’s MBA programme is difficult to get in, as it requires a mighty GMAT score. Or you might have heard that if you do not have a business background, your chances of getting admitted into INSEAD are low.

Does anyone know what are the exact questions needed to be answered in Recommendation letter for insead

Or where can i see them?
On insead website , although there’s a guide available regarding LOR, it doesn’t specify what needs to be answered

Of may be I’m missing something.

They ll be asked about your strengths and growth opportunities
How long they have known you and the nature of your relationship
Your career progress so far and potential

5 questions in total

They ask 6 questions.

1) How long have you known the candidate? Define your relationship with the candidate and the circumstances whereby you met.
2) Comment on the candidate’s career progress to date and his/her career focus.

3) What do you consider to be the candidate’s major strengths? Comment on the factors that distinguish the candidate from other individuals at his/her level.

4) What do you consider to be the candidate’s major areas for development/improvement?

5) Comment on the candidate’s potential for senior management. Do you see him/her as a future leader?

6) Describe the candidate as a person. Comment on his/her ability to establish and maintain relationships, sensitivity to others, self-confidence, attitude, etc. Specifically comment on the candidate’s behaviour or skills in a group setting/team environment.
