Hi

I was interviewed on 20th Nov. Since then they have asked me twice for transcripts and I am in the process of sending it. Then day before yesterday the same guy who interviewed me emailed asking for the logo of Delhi University (south campus). I provided what he asked (normal DU logo).

And now i am confused. waiting for the decision. Did anyone had to wait for 2 weeks before they sent an acceptance package? My two weeks will get over on 4th.


How badly do they want you Mister Taneja! If the school is asking you for your transcripts and logos repeatedly, it is most definitely waiting for the formalities to be completed. I would definitely take that as a positive sign!

Btw, how did it go with DU for the transcripts?




And, the school takes anything between 10 to 14 days for sending the package! Chill !!

My college people knew what i needed and they are preparing the scripts. Should be able to reach canada by 9th decem max.

Lets see about the acceptance offer. I just get scared each time I see a new email from Michael.

Congrats to all the people who got selected... Well, no need to make a facebook group just now as I got the information that the college will be doing it for us and will be adding all of us to that. There will be an official mail rollout with the FB group information by the PSO (Program service office). Be patient and wait.

Also, those looking to take up student loans from Rotman tied up banks will have to wait as the renegotiations are still going on and will probably finish by end of January 2015. so that gives us a bit of hit on visa process.

What else guys. Lets get added to the Whatsapp group and start chatting.

P.S.: I am based out of Delhi and can see many others as well. We can catch up some weekend.

So Michael mailed again last night asking for a specific logo/ mark on my marksheets that i had submitted with the application. He has repeatedly asked for an online link of this entire logo. (DU logo plus UDSC). I explained to him that UDSC is just a mark that the examination branch has added to signify that the marksheet is from south campus. There won't be any online link for that. but he just doesnt get it. Has anyone else faced the same issue? I am still waiting for my transcripts to be released by the university and will send them asap.

But this story just never ends.

I tried finding UDSC logo on the website but seems like there isn't anything available! If feasible, ask someone in the examination department of the university or your college to shoot out a mail to Rotman. Maybe that would work !

And, has anyone received the official mail or package after the unofficial mail/call yesterday or in the previous week?

I did try to Google and no luck.

From the first look I thought that the logo represented Dharma Corp, from Lost (TV series) if anyone remember!

Complete my 2 weeks today and no calls. Official transcripts should reach them by 20th december now.

Lets see.

deepakahuja090390, two weeks is an estimate that we guys are assuming. Does not necessarily mean that a decision has to be made in this time frame. Give it some more time! all the best :)

To be honest with you. I have it in written from them that they would make a conditional offer of acceptance incase transcripts are not submitted. The conditional offer would be confirmed only if I submit the transcripts. Plus am sure it shouldn't be a deciding factor and only a formality which obviously a candidate would fulfill in due course of time.

Just strange cos I had a pre app session with michael. Then I met him when he came to Dubai then he took my interview. Sent me like eight mails regarding the stupid logo and finally got satisfied when I sent him the degree.

So clearly they were verifying records. Now what?

Finally Got in.

Here the news which is relevant to all, Rotman wont be offering loan to students this years as banks didn't renew the contract.
