Anyways, I'll share my experience.
I was interviewed by Michael Cuneo. Very friendly person. I'd rather put it as a discussion about what I'm doing right now and what are the plans for the future. No "walk me through your resume" type stuff as he had examined my resume and essays thoroughly before the interview. It was pretty basic and comfortable. I don't think you need to prepare for the interview as such. Just go through the resume and essays and try to stay confident and in coherence with the essays all the time and I don't think you would have any problem.
