All notifications (with the exception of the admission acceptance call) are done via email. This includes the interview notification. Good luck!

It has been four days since I interviewed but have not received any email notification regarding submission of my interview report. Do you guys think I should follow up with my interviewer?

That's tough because you do not want to be bothersome. I have heard you should allow a week. With that said you would know the best regarding the rapport you built with the interviewer and whether or not a follow-up email would be well received.
